What’s new and different about our Learning Community?2025-07-21T12:49:47-04:00

Our learning community continues to adapt to its members’ preferences. We are doing our best to keep up with new developments in educational technology and a growing capacity for multi-media and video conferencing. We began as an online study that connected through discussion forums. From 2015- 2023, our Collab Salon monthly met monthly through Zoom; Re-Authoring Teaching members can still access the Library of Past Salons, Featured Collab Recordings, and, more recently, the NextGen Collaboratory. Over the years, we have created and revised a number of self-paced Online Courses available for continuing education credit. Recently, we added new interactive features through Padlets. Through our Faculty Offerings, we’ve added Faculty Consultation Groups and Trainings. We now have our own  Reauthoring Teaching YouTube channel. And behind the scenes we are developing new online courses and materials for Higher Education. None of this could be possible without creating a collaboratory, and the help of our Board, Faculty and Re-Authoring Teaching members.
