CE Credit: Collab Salon 2021 Series

Participants can earn 18 CEs for attending and/or viewing The Collab Salon 2021 Series. We always meet at 4pm on the third Sunday of the month (New York time) for 1.5 hours.

Steps to Receive a CE Certificate for the Collab Salon series:

1. Pay $40
2. Attend each Collab; when not able to attend in person, it is possible to watch the video recording afterward.
3. Fill out the evaluation for each month that is added to the Collab page when we post the recording.
4. After completing all 12 Collab evaluations (at the end of the year), Contact us with your name, degree, license number and email address
5. We will email you the 18 CE certificate of completion.
