Course Description

Badge_NTInAction-QueerCounselThis course extends Narrative Therapy: Foundations & Key Concepts to highlight contemporary developments in narrative therapy. Since Michael White’s passing in 2008, the field has continued to evolve, as newer generations learn from and build on his and David Epston’s work. Through a range of presentations, our contributors demonstrate collaborative learning in narrative therapy, emphasizing co-learning, inclusivity, and the valuing of diverse forms of knowledge and experience. Their examples showcase creativity, courage, and diversity as they develop a more inclusive, responsive approach to therapy that can be adapted to different cultural contexts and ways of knowing. For an additional $40, registrants can earn 16 APA-approved CE credits through Alliant International University
